There are few things in the world I love as much as the smell of a new book and the feel of luxury yarn. In between the fresh, crisp pages of 60 Quick Luxury Knits: Easy, Elegant Projects for Every Day in the Venezia Collection from Cascade Yarns, you'll find sophisticated knitting patterns that warrant nothing but the best.
These gorgeous patterns are made with Cascade Yarn's Venezia. The deluxe blend of wool and silk creates the perfect combination of warmth and elegance. With these affordable luxury yarns and 60 comprehensive patterns, you can craft your own lavish knits at a modest price. Paging through these patterns, you'll find everything from delicate shawls and scarves to solid cowls and hats. These intricate patterns will put you in the lap of luxury. You'll feel spoiled and decadent while knitting these lace or cable motifs at your leisure. You can live richly with these vivid colors, silky yarns, and extravagent patterns.
While I love the creamy beiges and soft grays of these patterns, I was enchanted with the abundance of colorful fair isle patterns in this book. My personal favorite was the lavender and plum Fair Isle Cape and its charming love bird motif. As knitters, we enjoy knitting and purling with soft, plush yarn, knowing the final product will be as wonderful as the yarn moving through our fingers. This book will help you knit pieces that will make you feel sophisticated each time you wear them.

The book review can't help but draw us knitters into the mystic trend of using a modern blend of yarn, which is a luxury to most of us. I like the idea of a book that offers both novice and experienced knitters to try something new. So many pattern books are merely the same old hum-drum patterns using either expensive yarns or tboring raditional ones.
