Amplitude Cowl

"I like cowls that are knitted flat. A technique that's easier to use on flat pieces than on pieces worked in the round is intarsia. Here's a new pattern for a knitted cowl with a wavy intarsia pattern in shape of a sinus curve - starting with a provisional cast on and finished with grafting in garter stitch. It's basically all in garter stitch and therefore very easy to knit. The finished piece is long enough to fit twice around your neck."
