Wouldnt it be Rice
"Wouldn't it be Rice is a 6-inch blanket square featuring panels of rice stitch, separated by vertical lines of stockinette, and surrounded by a garter stitch border. Rice stitch is a form of ribbing, so it gives the pattern a squishy, bouncy texture, with the stockinette lines adding a bit of visual pop. Wouldn’t It Be Rice is pattern #28 in the 2018 Harmony Blanket Knit Along. The pattern includes both written and charted versions of the instructions."
