Sherbet Surprise Afghan
This afghan is as easy to knit as sitting in the summer breeze while sipping a lemonade.
This afghan pattern is the quintessential summer knitting project for beginners. With pastel stripes of the garter stitch mixed with the bumpy seed stitch, this afghan is a cool blend of texture and color. Drape this beautiful afghan over your couch and remember the all the highlights of summer, like eating rainbow sherbet by the beach.
The light and lovely summer colors will easily cool down your hot summer space. You could easily rework the color scheme for this project if you'd prefer something bolder and brighter or even something with cool, winter hues instead.
