Bronntanas

By: Robin AgarCelli from Knitting with Schnapps

"Bronntanas is the Irish word for gift. The model was knit using Impeccable, a 4-weight yarn, but of course, the pattern has information for all yarn weights too. I made this pattern several times, using different yarns. The first time I reversed my knit and purl stitches and it wasn't quite what I was looking for. That said, it still is cute, so if you want to make this version, just reverse your knits and purls in the even rows. Using a variegated and a silkier yarn muddled the stitch definition a bit, but the end result was still a nice hat. Enjoy it! It's an easy, quick to remember, fun pattern to knit."
