"The Mountain Peak Hat is a basic beanie. It is knit in the round from the bottom up with DK weight merino wool. The hat is worked in 2×2 rib stitch and has a folded brim. The crown decreases are done in the last 4 rounds and the top of the hat has a gathered look. The hat is stretchy and very comfortable to wear. It is a simple knitting project, that is suitable for beginners."
