Knit Alnwick Shawl

Bright and colorful as can be, the Knit Alnwick Shawl will be a cheerful addition to your wardrobe. The intermediate knitting pattern has a unique style that you are sure to love, too. Consider making a duplicate of this shawl as a gift for your best friend!

From the blogger: "Uses one 200g aran-weight/worsted yarn cake and 6.5mm needles. Cast on hundreds of stitches, German short rows decrease every row. Finish with a cute little picot edge. This will keep you cosy on a winter walk. In case you're not familiar with the techniques used in the pattern, I've also done a tutorial on YouTube to walk you through everything you need. To make a DK (light worsted) version, just use 5.5mm needles, cast on an extra 30 stitches, and follow the instructions."
