Instructions
-
Cast on the number of stitches required in your pattern.
-
Check for twists in your cast on row before joining.
-
Work your first stitch by inserting your needle into the stitch as you normally would. Instead of there being a turn in your work before you work flat, you will simply knit the next stitch forming a ring.
-
While you continue knit be sure to count your rows and be aware of where each row starts and ends. You will continue to knit as per usual while going around and slightly upward.
Tip: To help you remember where each new row starts, use a stitch marker, so you can see where you are going to have to start going upward.
