This says easy on the picture but "for experienced knitters only" on the actual pattern. Is it easy to do please?

I noticed that you rate this project as "easy", yet, when I went to the pattern it is rated for "experienced knitters only". I wish your ratings matched the projects better.

This doll is SO cute!!! I tried to finish him in time for St. Patty's Day to display him at work, but I was late. So, I am putting him the staff art show at work. Great job writing such a cute pattern! And I am not even Irish!
