Pastel Waves Baby Blanket
When you think of the colors you want your nursery to be, don't you think of pastels? This Pastel Waves Baby Blanket will fit the baby room perfectly, and the soft, cozy yarn is just what knit baby blankets should be made of. The newest member of your family might even sleep through the night in this comfy blanket. Knitting an afghan for babies can be tricky because a lot of different knitting stitches can be dangerous to little ones. The cool rippling effect makes up for the lack of open knits, so it looks good and keeps baby safe.

You don't have to locate it on the Lion Brand website, the link on this pattern takes you right to it. I expect you couldn't locate it because it seems to be in the archives as the yarn for it has been discontinued for over 10 years.

This was such an easy pretty pattern that I had to try it. I used different colors though. I used pastels in pink, blue and Aqua. I think it came out beUtiful and I made it bigger. Mine is between a full and queen. My niece is a 9 year old girly girl who will love it. Thank you for sharing.
