I'm knitting this cute scarf..but..There is nothing mentioned about the "ears". How do I add them?

Hi horseyfolks, if you continue to scroll farther down on the blogger's post, she indicates how she made the ears: "To make the ears: Cast on 14 stitches. Knit 1 row. Knit 2 stitches together at the beginning of each row until 1 stitch remains. Bind off." Hope this helps! -Editors of AllFreeKnitting

This pattern is adorable! I prefer scarfs with the keyhole because I find they fit better around my neck. I love the fox design with those ears and eyes. I am always looking for something different. Thank you.

I love this design, the pattern is really easy to make as the majority of it is knitted in garter stitch with a small ribbed section where it threads through the head loop. It is really easy to adjust the length of the pattern to suit as you just knit more or less GS rows. I have made two so far one for myself and one for my daughter and now my son wants one too. The eyes on this one pictured are beads but I cute small black circles of felt and have sewn these on instead and they look just as good.

A part of me wants this scarf because it is SO DARN CUTE. (foxes are a weakness of mine). Though, I'm not sure I would want to make it with the keyhole in it. I'm not a fan of how that lays. Still... thank God this pretty pattern is in garter stitch!

This is soooo cute! I just learned how to knit but I'm tempted to try this pattern anyway because I WANT IT.

I want to knit this adorable scarf. I know this is going to sound dumb, but to those who've made it. The instruction "increase at every other end" for some reason is confusing me. Would someone please clarify this.

First increase occurs on right side, next increase occurs on wrong side, keep increasing at opposite ends until you have the required stitches on needle. Hope this helps. happy knitting.

I made this using a rust color for the body and taupe for the face. Quite fast and easy to make, results look like much more effort went into it. A winner of a pattern!
