Sheila's Feather and Fan Scarf
I love how the look and texture that the feather and fan stitch can give to a knitting pattern. An example of this gorgeous this stitch is demonstrated beautifully in Sheila's Feather and Fan scarf. This light and lacy knit scarf pattern is a lovely, flowing scarf full of grace and charm. The cherry red color of this scarf makes it a darling accessory for spring and summer, however it would be a pretty warm weather accessory in any other color as well.

Its listed as an intermediate knit, not sure why? Beginning knitters might be reluctant to try this one because of the designation, but this was the 2nd stitch pattern I ever learned to knit and it is a wonderful small project to improve one's skills!
