Stash 'N Go Purse

Knitting Needle Size13 or 9 mm
Yarn Weight(5) Bulky/Chunky (12-15 stitches for 4 inches)
Materials:
- U.S. size 13 needle
- Lion Brand chunky yarn
Instructions:
CO 15 st.
Knit 2 rows then begin pattern:
R1: P1, K4 across the row
R2: P3, K2 across the row
R3: P3, K2 across the row
R4: P1, K4 across the row
Repeat these 4 rows until piece is 12 inches long
Knit 2 more rows
BO
Fold piece in half and seam sides together using the mattress stitch
Attach button. Note: the yarn is easy to slip a button through without having to make a buttonhole.
STRAP:
CO 5 sts.
Follow the above pattern (R1 - R4) until strap is 16 inches long ending with row 4.
BO
Attach strap to the purse.

I like so much about this one. The look, the size and even the color. I read thru it and it's very easy and like it says, a beginner could handle it. It's just the right size to take on vacation. It would fit easily in the suit case. Thanks for sharing.
