Comfy Sweatshirt Sweater
As cozy as a loose-fitting hooded sweatshirt, but stylish enough to wear at work, this Comfy Sweatshirt Sweater is ideal for autumn wardrobes, and is definitely a must-knit for the holidays. Knit in the stockinette and seed stitch, this chunky knit sweater is such a fun design to play with and customize. Have a blast experimenting with various colors and yarn types!

I love big sweaters so this one is perfect. You can wear them over leggings and it looks great. Never had a perfect body so big sweaters are good. Plus they are comfortable. I like the stitch combination in this pattern. Not a big fan of seed stitch but the addition of it plus the stockinette stitch adds a nice texture. It should knit up quickly. Thank you.

I had one disappointing experience with knitting a sweater and I am a hard body type to fit, so I have stayed away from knitting any more, but this pattern looks roomy enough and easy enough to try again.

Have to confess that I ignored the needle size - wanted to use a yarn with which I fell in love for which I could not find a pattern sweater I had to knit and yarn I had to use - to get the proper gauge 7mm needles were what it took the sweater has turned out really well, but work ( I am a free-lance writer/radio journalist) is suffering I am afraid - so many patterns so little time

The needle size referenced on this page is incorrect-its not a 7 (4.5mm) its a 7mm. it had me confused for a minute, then I thought others might be too. hope this helps.
