These are very cute and make a perfect gift for little ones, the pattern is fairly easy to follow providing you are a more advanced knitter and understand the abbreviations otherwise you will constantly be referring back to abbs provided. It uses 4ply wool which makes them lightweight and soft for newborns but there are no other sizes so unless you are really advanced you can't make them for 4 months plus. As they are knitted on small needles and 4 ply they do take a while to make so I would suggest planning in advance.

Dear All Free knitting May I ask why you do not present the people who make this crochet or knitting craft? People really want to know the persons behind the craft work.Sense is free craft for your Magazine andd to add to the daily showing.I believe these persons should be out in the open. Don't you think?. The Tiny mary Jane as its been called . I had made a some for my grand child. They are confortable but also dangerous in a slipery floor or table. MCH 10-2-2013
