This is very pretty. But you couldn't wear it here in Florida. But I have numerous family members and friends in the north who would really get some use out of this. So I want to make it and put it aside for a gift later in the year during the holidays.

Not sure if I'd wear it to a pool party - unless we were shooting pool not swimming - but it looks like a lot of fun to knit and to wear and like so many of the cowl and sweater patterns offered here has delightful texture -- soon I will have a cowl for every day of the month or more
