This would be a perfect gift for a December baby or even just good as a photo prop for Christmas pictures. And, since there is an adult size too, it would be nice to make a set for the whole family. I think I may do that this year, but I think I'd use a bulky yarn like loopsthreads charisma or even lon brand wool ease thick and quick because I'd prefer it with less texture also.
