This is a simple cable pattern afghan. However, the photo isn't very good and you can't really see what it should look like. The cabling is small, only involves 4 stitches, so it would have been good to see it close up. It kind of discourages people from making the pattern when the picture is not clear.

To me this looks like a garter stitch w/chenille yarn. I think they put in the wrong pic.

It looks as if they posted a picture of the border, rather than the actual afghan. When looking at the directions, the border measures 12" then cable pattern starts. Think they had better redo the picture rather than have us try to figure out what this looks like....

I don't see the cables either...maybe a more detailed picture could would help?
