I love the ripple patterns and fan patterns because they are so easy to make and look so nice when they are finished. This one is really unique. I like the contrast purl row that accentuates the ripple. I've seen them switch colors before but not like that. I can't wait to make it.

This blanket is a cutie! I love the wavy, sort of chevron pattern. I really like that the designer gives the stitch counts for both preemie and newborn sizes. I knit preemie baby items for charity so have added this pattern to my collection. I saw on the designer's blog that she also has a matching hat pattern. I may have to make that too!
