Victorian Elegance Cardigan
There's a mysterious charm about the Victorian Elegance Cardigan. This gorgeous knit cardigan pattern is knitted from the top down without seams and finished with beautiful crochet edging. A darling brass clasp fastens at the middle, giving the piece a lovely and flattering drape. The Victorian Elegance Cardigan is the perfect piece for any formal occasion, but it would look lovely dressed down with a pair of jeans and a light scarf.

I so want to knit this cardigan - it is elegant, classy, all those words that mean a sweater that would add taste and style to an outfit or evening, and I like it, but... as soon as I see that it calls for a crochet hook, I am defeated before I begin (deep sigh)

The crochet hook is just for the edging. It does make a pretty edge, but I'd say you don't have to do that. If you know anyone that does crochet, ask them to help. If I lived near you I would do it for you. I knit and crochet.
