Naga Noda Beanie
Naga Noda is a pattern for a tight fitting beanie, featuring cables and lace. It is worked bottom up. The pattern was inspired by the naga noda or wisteria floribunda, a Japanese plant with dramatic clusters of blue-violet to red-violet flowers that is commonly found in gardens around Europe. There are 3 sizes available: Small (144 sts), Medium (162 sts) and Large (180 sts). You’ll need approximately 40 to 50 grams of fingering weight yarn, preferably in a (semi) solid or tonal colourway. Other materials required are a set of knitting needles for working small circumferences in the round, a cable needle, and a tapestry needle.

Interesting looking hat. Unfortunately the instructions are not well written. Chart A is written out twice. What do you follow? The in the instructions it says to work on the brim and change to bigger needles. Only one size is mentioned in the instructions. Is the pattern on Ravelry? Something mentioning Ravelry popped up when I clicked on the pattern. Too bad. Nice hat.
