"This is a fast and easy intermediate hat pattern. With any worsted weight yarn you can make this hat easily while watching the t.v. There are no yarn overs or decreases while working on the body of the hat, only knit stitches and right twists. All together this hat will take about 3 hours to make. It is also easy to adjust this pattern to make the fit you want, just add or take away 11 stitches."

It is an interesting pattern. However the directions at the beginning are confusing. It does not say k1, p1 (ribbing). You have to look at the photo and figure that out for yourself. Otherwise it looks like a good pattern for a hat which is so necessary in NYC winter weather. I will put it on my list since I enjoy making and wearing hats. Plus I like working with circular needles. It just makes knitting hats faster. Thank you.
