Loom Knit Granny Round
Who says you can't make granny squares if you're a knitter! Well, in this case, we're technically making Loom Knit Granny Rounds, but either way it's pretty neat. Just use this free tutorial from Kristen Mangus and learn how to use this easy loom knitting project to create a Granny Round. Once you're done, you can use these rounds as trendy coasters, or sew them together to create a funky afghan. To complete this project, you will need a round 36-peg loom.
Yarn Weight(5) Bulky/Chunky (12-15 stitches for 4 inches)

K so I was gonna try to make the granny rounds into a baby blanket for my bf and I couldn't find my green loom, total bummer, so I've been looking around the sight and found a link to another blog who was useing the flower loom to make smaller granny squars and I thought cool I could do it like that. But I'm newer to loom knitting(untill the mesh bag I didn't know how to peral) so I didn't understand the instructions. I tried to alter this paturn to make it look good, and I finally did it! I've now got a dosen done and it's only taken a little over an hour! Love the video tatorials, so helpfull for a novice like me <3

I enjoyed this video about Granny Round Loom knitting. How many rounds would you need to put a baby afgan together. Please advise. Thanks.
