The pattern has been moved to Ravelry and is free there - it is an interesting and attractive pattern and a scarf is an easy to learn it -- then so many ways to try it

Just as JessiCAN says the link works great. It has 3 cowls, 9 scarves and 3 shawls. Love this site since there is always something new in both style, difficulty level as well as older patterns which I have a soft spot for!

Bad site - could never see the 15 scarve patterns

its not a bad site, its most likely your computer, everyone else can see it just fine, you have to turn off your pop up blocker associated with your computer or anti virus program-they will block this just like it blocks any other pop up-you set it to do that, therefore its up to you to correct it-you can't just leave negative comments and pass judgement on something that is beyond this site's control!
