Melded Scarf
"The Melded Scarf is what happens when two colors meet in the middle and come together to make a cosy and bold striped scarf. Worked in 1x1 rib with slipped stitch edges the scarf is reversible, and looks great on anyone. The pattern uses 2 colors of solid yarn, but you could also mix and match to create a bright rainbow scarf. Or you could showcase those special variegated and gradient yarns in your stash."

What a great project. It's easy and pretty. Like a previous commenter, I like that its reverse able. I also sometimes have a problem telling one side from the other. No problem with this. It would be very nice done in red and green for the holidays. What a gift that would make.

This is a very nice, straightforward scarf pattern that I can work on, put down, and pick up again, and not have to worry about where I was in the pattern. I really like that it is reversible and I wouldn't have to worry about making sure the right side is out when I wear it. Yay for it being a long scarf too!
