Hi Rosemary, Please go search for the "Back to School Cardigan" pattern on our site. To access the pattern for the Back to School Cardigan, click the hyperlinked text above that says "Click here for knitting pattern." Once that page loads, you can retreive the pattern by selecting "The Libby" from the knitting patterns on the right side of the screen. Thanks -Editors of AllFreeKnitting

the English version was very difficult to locate--took lots of "seek and ye shall find" to get the pattern I could read--how about labeling them with the language they are written in? If you've downloaded the pattern using Adobe, there is an icon for printing on the toolbar. I always copy the pattern into a word processor so there are so many pages and the charts can be enlarged for easier reading!

why not post an English version-I've looked at all the patterns, none are in English--even a diagram would have been helpful with a few English translated directions.

Gorgeous details in this pattern, and thank you for providing it in several different languages to choose from.

I could log into the English directions let me say one thing they aren't very good. The Directions don't tell you how many stitches, or how many types of stitches to use to create the pattern. You kneed someone to write out the directions so that they are translated into English so everyone could knit the article. Otherwise why do you post knitted items that no one can understand?

the english version of the pattern is remarkably clear. the directions clearly specify that you are casting on 5 stitches to begin the pattern. if need someone to tell you what types of stitches are used, maybe you need to brush up on your pattern reading skills.

I've saved the pattern to My Patterns but now I can't figure out how to print it. What am I missing?

Would it be possible to get this pattern written out in full. I have tried many times to follow schematics, and just can't keep it straight. It's a beautiful shawl for autumn and I'd love to make it. Thank you.
