One of my favorite things about the new Martha Stewart Crafts and Lion Brand yarn line is the wide range of colors they offer. And these aren’t just any colors; we’re talking every hue imaginable - from delicate pastels to bold, in-your-face color.
As part of a lovely sample collection, we had the privilege to review their Cotton Hemp yarn in Blue Icing, the Merino Wool in Buttermilk, and the Lofty Wool Blend in Autumn Leaf. While my favorite was the Lofty Wool Blend (I’m a sucker for super bulky wool with intense color), each was a joy to work with. If you’re looking for a nice, worsted weight product that will felt easily, the Merino Wool is a wonderful option. And if you grab some in Buttermilk, you’ll be able to create neutral projects for every type of season. The Lofty Wool Blend is great for home décor projects, scarves or cowls. Essentially it's super bulky goodness that will have you finishing projects faster than you can say "Martha!" Make sure to check out all of their available colors on Lion Brand's website.
