St. Patrick's Day is coming up and this hat will be perfect. My neighbor will love this for her little one. I have the yarn and it will take no time to knit. Easy pattern. This would look nice in a glittering green yarn as well for a little girl. Thank you.

This is a very good pattern for beginners. It's basic stitches. And it doesn't take much yarn at all. After studying it I think I can alter it for other occasions. Think of it in orange like a pumpkin. Or red with green trim for Christmas. It's only limited by your imagination.
