When my son was a toddler, one of my friends gifted him with a hand knit animal representing every letter of the alphabet. It was an awesome present. The alligator was adorable and this one reminds me so much of my friend and the time she spent creating such a special gift. I still have most of the animals boxed away for my son's children someday, its become an heirloom.
