Diagonal Basketweave Stitch

"Diagonal Basketweave Knit Stitch is a perfect stitch for many projects. First of all you can use this stitch for knitted baskets, bins, carpets, bed side rugs, pillow cases or hot pads. The stitch is dense itself and not too stretchy. In my example I am using Bernat Maker, Home decor yarn and 5 mm knitting needles.
