This is adorable. I love the added visual interest of the top knot to a basic knit hat.

This reminds me of these "umbilical cord" hats my mom makes for newborns-- they have a knotted i-cord at the crown of the hat. But I love that these are for a little bit older babies, and that its trying to imitate a top knot! This hat will automatically make baby more hipster.
