I think I'm making this for the "grandniece" who will be arriving in February. I've been knitting for many more years than I've crocheted, and it's knitting all the way!

I knit and crochet constantly and I would vote for knitting all the way. Much more you can do with knitting although crochet is fast and great for certain projects too. As long as my hands are steadily working :D

Knitting for most things; crochet for some things, especially granny squares.

I am so torn! Knitting looks better for clothing items, but crochet looks great for accessories and afghans.....I have to say, I think I find knitting more challenging, in a good way, and you can do more things with it

So, I thought I'd try this cute cardigan to improve my knitting skills, but can't seem to download the pattern....guess I will have to go try the crocheted pineapple scarf....

This sweater is adorable. I think I may have to get some bulky yarn to make it for my soon to be here great grand daughter!
