Garter Stitch Nursery Lamb
This sweet stuffed animal pattern is the perfect way to add a homemade touch to your baby's nursery or child's room. The Garter Stitch Nursery Lamb is a precious knit lamb that has a simple garter stitch construction and soft plush filling. There is no formal written pattern for this toy, but there is a visual chart that clearly explains the process. The Garter Stitch Nursery Lamb is perfect for placing in baby's crib or displaying on a rocking chair, yet it's soft enough for a child to hug until he falls asleep.

The pattern, if you can call it that, is on the page that you link to from here. It is very poorly written in with her "blog" information and is missing so much information, it is almost useless. An experienced knitter should be able to navigate the nonsense and work it out to some degree of success.

This little lamb is so cute. With some ears and a bit of a tail it could easily turn into Eeyore, the sad donkey from Winnie the Pooh. The garter stitch makes the lamb soft and wooly looking. It looks like the designer knit the lamb out of a tshirt yarn but it could be knit out of most any yarn. Just choose your needle size in light of the yarn you use. Fine yarn and small needles would make a nice Christmas ornie. Bulky yarn and big needles, a huggable, cuddly toy for a todder.

Not really a pattern, mostly pictures, experienced knitter won't have a problem translating it into a pattern, but some novices might. I could see this being a great stash buster for all the bits left over from a major project. we have 9 grandchildren, so I'm going to give it a whirl.
