Very easy, basic bib pattern. Knit it in a variegated Christmas yarn and contrasting border and leave off the embellishment. If you use a kitchen cotton yarn the bib can become a washcloth after baby finishes eating. This type of cotton absorbs water well and is soft enough for your baby, as well as strong enough to clean up a highchair. This pattern would be a good one for knitting up bibs for charity!
