Seed stitch creates such a great texture and knitting in the round makes this an easy and super simple pattern. Just the way I like it! A neutral color like this ones also make sit the perfect gift because it will go with any color coat. The pattern would work equally for a man or a woman, but, for a man, the size might need to be adjusted. Great way to keep warm when the wind howls!

This is a lovely pattern, and easy to follow. I love that it is seamless! It is made using two strands of worsted weight yarn together, so you could use two of the same color or you could use complementary colors, like two shades of brown, or use a dark and light color together.

The texture of this cowl is amazing. It's wonderful to see something so complicated looking in such a nice and easy pattern. I like the neutral color, but I think I would want to make this in several different colors just for fun.
