Heartfelt Baby Blanket Knitting Pattern
Knit up the newborn a blanket that's quite literally full of heart.
The Heartfelt Baby Blanket Knitting Pattern is the cuddliest, cutest way to welcome a newborn into the world. The precious lace heart design really sets this apart from more simple knitted baby blanket patterns, but it's still easy enough for an intermediate knitter to accomplish without breaking a sweat. While the example is knit up in pink yarn, this would be equally as cute in blue for a baby boy or white for a mystery-baby and a more classic look. This baby blanket is one the mom is sure to keep long after her baby is all grown-up.

Has a correction been made to the pattern? Sure would like to make it but can't figure out what some of the knitters have said they have done to correct it.

The problem appears to be with the pattern on the free knitting site. It has an extra stitch, starting with 182. The pattern published on willow yarn site starts with 181 stitches. I am knitting it now and it aligns properly, nothing wrong with the pattern. Use the willow yarn one and you will be pleased with results. Good luck

The pattern is off by 1 stitch on most rows. Would love to see a corrected pattern

What a sweet baby blanket pattern! I love the color and the heart motif. This would quickly become one of baby's most treasured items.
