Is that gauge right? It says "1 stitches and 2 rows = 3 inches in stockinette stitch."

I don't believe it is. I've read through the pattern 3 times and the designer does not provide a gauge and the yarn and needle used would not provide this gauge either. I believe the pattern will work, but I have no expectations to follow this gauge. Happy Knitting.
