This is an adorable hat and I would have given it a 5 but it does not give a size. I am sure you can enlarge the hat if you wanted to. You just have to note the gauge. This is a fun hat and would be great as a charity knit, especially for a retirement home. It does not look wintery but would be a bright sight on a wintery day so why not? I have knitted patterns like this before and it is not difficult, you have to watch the chart. I like the addition of the eyelash yarn. Thank you.
