Memeluk is the Indonesian word for hug. The model is knit using Lion Brand Hometown USA, a 6-weight, bulky yarn, but the pattern includes instructions for all yarn weights and this hat will work up nicely no matter what yarn weight you use. Try it using a variegated yarn or a self striping yarn and see what a great looking hat you end up with. This is a very simple pattern - easy to remember and fun to knit.
