Can this hat be knit with a cotton yarn ie: Sugar'n Cream. I want to make it for my Grand's & they don't like wool! thanks

You would not believe the hats i have knit for my grand daughter from your sites. At least 30 different ones .....She is 2 yrs in January and loves the hats...and her father has just called and requested a few more for the winter as the last years are too small and the cotton ones are of course too cool for the upcoming winter thanks and keep them coming Sheila

Love this super cute and creative hat pattern. I only wish that the pattern were also written for kids sizes too. But love it all the same.
