Love the neutral color of this scarf. This color will match almost any fall outfit or jacket. Wrapped around in layers, this will definitely keep the chill off your neck and help to keep you warm when you are out and about on chill days or nights. They are only going to get cooler from here folks.

I love making garter stitch scarves with bulky yarn! They knit up so quickly, which makes them a great choice for Christmas gifts.

This is a pattern where the yarn makes all the difference. Just because it is basically garter stitch this pattern proves that is all you need. It will knit up quickly and you will have a nice warm scarf. I knit for charity so this pattern is perfect. Thank you.

Some how the pattern info has been removed and all that remains is the notes about gauge, any chance the pattern could be put back up?

I don't see where it says how many rows to cast on. Looks like a great scarf!

This is a great easy and versatile scarf pattern. It's the kind of pattern that can be easily remembered so it can be taken along and worked on while you are waiting for kids or the doctor to call you in. I like the idea of adding a contrasting color on the ends.

I am going to make this scarf in like every color I can find. I hope my friends want scarves for Christmas because it's happening.

Sara, you'll love this pattern. You can change it up (so you don't get bored) by adding a thin eyelash yarn to the primary yarn. That will add interest but no bulk. Or, you can make it in color blocks, or add stripes every so often. The variations are endless. Have fun!
