@RAB, I'm sorry to hear of your trouble. I have two options for you: 1. You can contact the pattern designer directly for help. The designer is specified in the byline. 2. I might also suggest that you try posting your question to our sites Facebook page. It is monitored by the editor and is a great resource for helpful tips and suggestions from our Facebook friends; perhaps they can offer some guidance! Hi, Thank you for this pattern. I had been looking for a scarf pattern, a really fabulous one for a friend for Christmas. This was the one that caught my eye. I used the suggested yarn in a more purple, berry range and it is beautiful I did need to use about a skein and a half of the Berrooco Ultra Alpaca and two of the Louisa Harding Impressions and it is a perfect length for an adult. Thank you.

I make prayer shawls, and am always looking for a new lacy stitch to use. If I make this about 3 times as wide and keep going until it is long enough, it should look just beautiful in a peacock blue yarn! Thank you for this. Wren D.

Please give us the weight of the yarns used to make this scarf. I do not recognize the brand that you use. Thank you.

You can always just copy the name of the yarn into any search engine and look up the yarn, I do it all the time to check weight, texture, content and skein length. Not all yarns are created equal and it's not enough to just know the yarn weight to substitute in a pattern, for the substitution to be successful in knit one must have all the details. Hope this helps someone.
