"Knit up a super easy, super cozy textured triangle shawl using just one cake of the Caron Cake worsted weight yarn - about 370 yards. Measures about 60” across the top, tip to tip, and 23” from top center to bottom tip (after lightly blocking). Want to make it even larger? No problem! Just keep following the repeats until you reach your desired size. Not only is the pattern fun and easy - it’s reversible, there’s no “wrong” side. I love that! Stay cozy, friends. Happy knitting!"

No number of stitches is indicated for cast on. . Presume that it is 3 stitches.
