i need help with this patrern. abc is not responding to my emails. the left cable starts with row 13. right cable starts with row 1-23. when i reach row 23 for the left cable is where the pattern does not work out correctly. the cables are supposed to mirror each other but they are not. can some one help me out?

When you are on row 24 are you going back to row 13 of the pattern for the left side? For the right side you use the exact pattern for the rows and for the left side you start with row 13 which means you are going rows 13-23 then rows 1-12. I have not made this specific pattern but have made something similar with similar instructions. I found it was easiest for me to write out the pattern with the appropriate instructions for each row for each side of the sweater/vest. I hope this helps.

there is not a row 24 in the instructions, only 1-23, so i had to ask a very good knitter about this pattern. turns out you have to knit a row 24 on for both left and right in order for the design to turn out. the instructions do not say row 24 but without it , it will not turn out correct.

Row 24 is row 13 in the numbered rows of the instructions. Your very good knitter that you know should be able to explain this to you.
