I just checked on the pattern and it open up easily. This is a wonderful summer sweater made out of a cool cotton hemp blend yarn. It should be a fast knit because the sand stitch is simple to memorize. I particularly like the Henley styling with that open placket. It would make a perfect Mother's day gift for any mom.

Hi....some patterns are that easy to download however some patterns are not made in that format so you can't simply download. It really is up to how the author of the pattern chooses to format it. That being said, it really is easy to to get a copy. Simply highlight the pattern with the pictures; right-click mouse; select copy; open a blank word document; right-click mouse; select paste; then do any editing you wish. Cheers.

Why is it so difficult to download a free pattern?Before all I had to down was click on the "Click here for pattern" and I got it, but not any more. Can't you make it easier?
