Made from sports weight yarn, the head is crafted using the stockinette stitch and the tentacles are made using the double seed stitch. AHHHHHH!!!! What a cute pattern! He looks like a great deal of fun to knit up and not really that hard! I have plans to make one in every color of the rainbow.

I can't get into the website using the link you have https//www.purlbee.com/2013/05/19/whits-knits-knit == -octopus/. It says that is not a secure website. I would really like to get this pattern. Can someone help me get it. Or could someone report to purlbee that the website is not showing as a secure website - meaning any of the purlbee patterns can't be retrieved from their site - it says they are collecting passwords and bank account numbers. Thanks!
