Calorie Free Chocolate Bunny
This cute knitted amigurumi pattern is the perfect alternative to giving out sweet treats on Easter. Crafted with brown worsted weight yarn, the Calorie Free Chocolate Bunny might lack a shiny chocolate coating, but it still makes an adorable Easter basket stuffer! Just think, not only are these stockinette stitch bunnies calorie free, but they're a gift that will last forever!

How fun would it be for your child to find this in their basket on Easter morning!?! Thank you so much to the commenter bellow who gave instructions on how to do this pattern with straight needles instead of dpns (I also find them really hard to work with!) I'd love to make these up in a bunch of spring colours to give out to my niece and nephews. I also think that this would be a great project for selling at craft shows!

A super easy little rabbit to add to a child's Easter basket. Knitting the bunny is also good practice for using double pointed needles while using up scraps of yarn. If you knit three or four of them you will end up with a "fluffle of bunnies" to help celebrate Spring. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the term Amigurumi, its a Japanese term meaning the art of knitting small, cute toys.

I have made this bunny as I had some dark brown DK yarn. I just cannot use DPNs, so changed to 2 needles and it was really easy. Even rows becone purl and knitted R to L as with a chart.
