Preemie Love Knitted Baby Bonnet Pattern
The Preemie Love Knitted Baby Bonnet Pattern is the perfect pattern to knit for charity drives or for the littlest babies you know. This pattern uses a sweet eyelet design to create dainty bonnets that will snuggle in over baby’s head and rest next to their little cheeks. Little preemies need all the love, support, and warmth they can get, so this baby hat pattern will be perfect to keep them cozy and secure. This post includes patterns for three different preemie sizes, so you can make a few in every size to have on hand.

Lovely pattern. My only concern is the ties. I am just starting knitting for the preemies in the hospital and do they tug at the ties? Other than that they are perfect. I have the yarn and it should take me no time to knit them up. Thank you.

I knit preemie items for charity (Heavenly Angels In Need) for hospitals, many of which want hats. I usually make beanies so this baby bonnet pattern is a perfect addition to my pattern collection. I know I have small amounts of light worsted yarn in my stash that will be just right for these.
