Simple and Clean Basket Weave Knit Dishcloth
Making dishcloths is an easy favorite for knitters everywhere. They are perfect for when you just want something quick and fun, not to mention a way to add a little freshness and color to your kitchen! This Simple and Clean Basket Weave Knit Dishcloth is one such dishcloth. The lovely cantaloupe color is fresh and summery, making it just the thing to brighten up any kitchen. This knit dishcloth pattern calls for cotton yarn for its absorbency, so be sure to not use acrylic yarn for this project.

I knit just to knit and sometimes I need something quick and easy. Dishcloths are always one of my favorites plus they are so useful. A dishcloth with a pattern like this does not look cheap looking and is an addition to any kitchen. They wash up well. Learning to knit? Dishcloths are great and you can give them as gifts.

I agree, this is a lovely simple and clean basket weave pattern! It is not hard to do, just keep track of your stitches and where you are in the pattern. It looks pretty in the melon color but I'm sure it would look great in whatever solid color you use.
