This is so cute. It could be used just as a cool weather hat or it could be used as part of a bee costume. This pattern was designed to fit children two to five years old. This age group is so fun and they enjoy dressing up and being silly with cute little accessories like this. I know a few giggle boxes that would like this.

Thank you for posting this. I see them all the time but it's always for a baby. I needed one for a two and four year old. Now I can get them done ahead of time. I put them in the box in the closet with things I make during the year and use them at Christmas.
